Valid Card on File
The Customer agrees to place and maintain a valid credit card on file with The Lumin Collection (the “Company”). Such card shall be securely stored and may be charged for any and all outstanding balances. The Customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the card on file remains valid and has a sufficient credit limit to satisfy all charges. The Customer may update or replace card information at any time through the billing portal accessible via the Company’s website. The Company reserves the right to suspend or withhold services if a valid card is not maintained on file.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
The Company shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to prepare and deliver all services requested by the Customer in a timely manner. The Company does not guarantee that services will be completed or delivered by any specific date unless expressly agreed to in writing. The Customer shall not be entitled to any offset, reduction in fees, or other claim arising from alleged late delivery, discrepancies, or delays, unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.
Customer Orders
All orders for services must be submitted in writing using the forms provided by the Company for such purpose. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline any order. The Customer shall supply the Company with all specifications, instructions, and information reasonably required to complete the requested services. The Company may, at its discretion, request additional details from the Customer; however, the Company assumes no duty to verify or investigate the accuracy of the Customer’s submissions. The Customer shall remain solely responsible for the accuracy and sufficiency of all specifications and information provided.
Refund Policy
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Company. In the event that modifications are requested to an existing case design, no additional fees will apply provided that the modifications are made using the original scans. Any new scans or additional scans submitted by the Customer, containing altered tooth preparations, shall be considered a new case and will be subject to the Company’s standard fees.
Pricing and Payment Terms
The fee for a case is two hundred ninety-five dollars ($295.00) per unit (tooth), regardless of the final material selection.
A preliminary diagnostic wax-up is required prior to the fabrication of the final restorations and is billed separately at a rate of eighty-five dollars ($85.00) per unit (tooth), plus applicable shipping charges if a 3D printed model is provided by the Company.
Upon completion of the final restorations, the remaining balance of two hundred ten dollars ($210.00) per unit (tooth) shall be billed at the time of shipment, in addition to any applicable shipping costs.
If the Customer elects to proceed without a wax-up or provides a pre-existing wax-up from another source, the fee for the final restorations shall remain two hundred ninety-five dollars ($295.00) per unit (tooth), without reduction.
All prices are exclusive of shipping, handling, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.
Remake / Redo Policy
If any case requires a remake or redo, whether due to the fault of the Customer or the Company, the Customer shall be responsible for payment of a pro-rated fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the original case cost. No remakes or redos shall be undertaken unless the Customer’s account is current and in good standing.
Binding Agreement
By accessing this website, submitting a case, or otherwise utilizing the Company’s services, the Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any such amendments shall apply prospectively to future orders and services.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
